Project Background

Wangjia Village Waterfowl Cooperative, with 300 mu of duck ponds, faced severe water eutrophication (ammonia nitrogen 2.3× over standard) and unstable duck egg production (±15% fluctuation) under traditional methods, costing ¥450,000 annually in water fees. In 2023, the cooperative adopted Baimu Machinery’s customized recirculating water manure removal system, establishing Shandong’s first “duck-fish symbiosis” eco-farming demonstration site.

Technical Breakthroughs
  1. Baimu engineered a three-loop system tailored for waterfowl:
  2. Floating Manure Remover: Automatically collects droppings during duck activity, preventing bottom fermentation;
  3. Biofilter + Water Purification Tower: Processes 100% ammonia nitrogen, meeting Class I standards of GB 18596-2001;
  4. Duck-Fish Symbiosis Module: Treated slurry flows to fish ponds, where fish consume organic particles.
