Stainless Steel Thermostatic Drinking Trough Introduction
The stainless steel thermostatic trough provides clean, temperature-controlled water year-round—increasing water intake, supporting health, and essential for modern farms in cold climates.
1. Material
The trough is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, fully welded—corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and non-toxic. The heating element is a dry-burn protected electric heating tube with insulated sheathing for safety. Insulation is high-efficiency polyurethane foam.

Size:1M,2M,4M,etc.;
Suitable for: dairy cows, beef cattle, calves, horses, and other large livestock;
Optional: float valve for auto-refill, digital temperature controller.

5. Installation
Place on a dry, level floor in the barn near water and power sources. Connect inlet (with filter recommended), drain pipe, and power supply. Before first use, fill to the marked water level, set desired temperature, and power on—the system will maintain constant warmth. Prevents freezing in winter and ensures livestock always have access to warm water.
