Project Background
Eco-Agriculture Park (500 mu) faced severe pollution: 3,000 tons/year chicken manure, untreated pig wastewater, and eutrophic fish ponds. In 2023, Baimu Machinery designed a manure resource utilization plan, establishing China’s first “chicken-pig-fish” full-chain eco-circular demonstration project.

Technical Architecture
  1. Baimu engineered a three-stage loop system for “manure-energy-feed” efficiency:
  2. Biogas Digester: 100% chicken manure → biogas (power/heat);
  3. Integrated Manure Processor: Concentrated slurry → organic fertilizer (replacing chemical);
  4. Recirculating Fish Pond: Slurry flows to fish ponds, where fish consume organic particles.

Industry Value
  • This project defined a “New Paradigm for Agricultural Circular Economy”, achieving three breakthroughs:
  • Economic: ¥735,000 annual profit gain, 1.2-year ROI;
  • Eco: 15 tons less ammonia nitrogen/year, COD reduced to 15mg/L (national standard ≤30mg/L);
  • Scalability: Won 2023 “China Agricultural Circular Economy Innovation Award”, replicated in 8 sites (Shandong, Jiangsu).
