Zhangzhuang Farm, a benchmark broiler chicken farm in Shandong Province, faced challenges of low efficiency, high labor costs, and chicken stress due to environmental fluctuations in traditional farming. In 2023, the farm adopted Baimu Machinery’s Intelligent Environmental Control + Automatic Feeding System, establishing Shandong’s first fully automated broiler chicken demonstration farm.

  1. Baimu’s team deployed a triple-intelligent system for the 100,000-bird facility:
  2. AI Environmental Sensor Network: Monitors temperature, humidity, and ammonia levels in real-time, automatically adjusting fans/wet curtains;
  3. Autonomous Feeding Vehicle Fleet: Precisely delivers feed on-demand, reducing waste to 3%;
  4. Smart Watering System: Automatically filters water quality and adjusts levels.
