Pig Pen System Introduction (Including Sow Stalls & Grower-Finisher Pens)

The screw separator is compact and easy to operate—efficiently dewatering manure for easier composting or transport, making it essential for eco-friendly livestock farming and waste management.

1. Material
  • Screw shaft & screen: 304 stainless steel—corrosion-resistant and strong;
  • Housing: Painted carbon steel or optional 304 stainless steel;
  • Seals: Wear-resistant rubber or polyurethane—leak-proof.
  • Capacity: 5–80 m³/h (depending on model);
  • Suitable for: Pig/cow/poultry manure slurry, biogas effluent, aquaculture sludge;
  • Output solids moisture: 55%–75% (adjustable).

Install on a level, solid foundation (concrete recommended). Connect inlet to manure pit or pump outlet; leave space under dry discharge for a cart; direct filtrate outlet to drainage or storage tank. Run empty for 5 minutes after power-on to check for abnormal noise before feeding. Start with low-concentration slurry on first use.
