Poultry House Central Integrated Control Cabinet Introduction
The central control cabinet is the “brain” of a smart poultry house—automating environment and equipment management to improve efficiency and reduce labor costs.
1. Material
The cabinet is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel (1.5–2.0 mm thick) with electrostatic powder coating—dust-proof, moisture-resistant, and corrosion-resistant. Internal components are well-organized for good heat dissipation and EMI shielding.
2. Available Sizes
- By function: Basic (fans/lights), Standard (+ cooling pads/feed lines), Smart (+ environmental sensors/remote control);
- Scalable: Controls equipment for 1 to multiple poultry houses;
- Operation modes: Manual / Automatic / Remote.
3. Key Specifications
- Operating voltage: AC 380V / 220V, 50Hz;
- Protection rating: IP54 (dust and splash resistant);
- Control channels: 8–32 (expandable);
- Optional: Temp/humidity sensor ports, 4G/WiFi module, alarm output, etc.
4. Typical Dimensions
- Standard cabinet sizes (H × W × D):
800 mm × 600 mm × 250 mm or
1000 mm × 800 mm × 300 mm; - Mounting: Wall-mounted or floor-standing (depending on model).
5. Installation
Install the cabinet in a dry, ventilated, non-corrosive control room inside or near the poultry house, at least 30 cm above ground. After connecting main power, wire fans, cooling pads, feed lines, lights, etc., to designated terminals per wiring diagram. Check all connections before powering on, and configure operating parameters (e.g., temperature setpoints, schedules) on first use.
