Galvanized Steel Negative Pressure Fan Introduction

The galvanized negative pressure fan is a core ventilation component in modern poultry houses, effectively removing heat, moisture, and harmful gases to improve flock living conditions.

1. Material

The fan housing is made of high-quality galvanized steel, offering excellent corrosion and rust resistance—ideal for the humid, ammonia-rich environment of poultry houses. Blades are typically made of stainless steel or high-strength engineering plastic, ensuring durability and smooth operation.

Common models include: 400, 500, 600, 800, 900, 1000, 1100, 1220, 1380, 1530, 1750, etc. The main models used are 1380 and 1530. They are suitable for chicken houses of different sizes and can be used individually or in combination with multiple units.

  • Voltage: 380V / 50Hz (standard industrial power)/Customizable voltage
  • Power: 0.18- or 1.5 kW;
  • Airflow: approx. 20,000–55,000 m³/h;
  • Noise level: ≤65 dB;
  • Automatic shutters: Close automatically when off, preventing dust and bird entry.
  • Wall opening size: 1400 mm × 1400 mm;
  • Unit depth: approx. 380–450 mm;
  • Shutter protrusion (outside): approx. 100 mm;
  • Weight: approx. 60–85 kg.

Cut a square opening in the gable or side wall of the poultry house, insert the fan, and secure it with bolts. Ensure airflow direction is outward (arrow on housing points outside). After connecting power, the fan is ready to operate. A rain hood (optional) is recommended, and regular cleaning of shutters and blades is advised.
