Cattle Pen Stall & Neck Yoke Introduction
1. Material
Made primarily from hot-dip galvanized steel pipe or solid round bar—smooth, burr-free, rust-resistant, and durable. Critical load-bearing parts are reinforced to prevent deformation over time. Stainless steel is available for premium models.
2. Available Types
- Individual Stall Panels: Separate each cow’s space;
- Neck Yokes (Headlocks): Restrain the cow’s head for feeding, milking, or veterinary care;
- Available separately or as integrated stall systems.
3. Key Specifications
- Stall width per cow: 0.9–1.2 m (adjustable by breed);
- Neck yoke height: approx. 1.2–1.4 m (for adult dairy cows);
- Locking mechanism: self-locking or manual pin type;
- Load capacity: ≥500 kg, impact-resistant.
4. Typical Dimensions
- Stall length: approx. 2.2–2.4 m;
- Tube diameter: Φ42–Φ48 mm (main posts), Φ32–Φ38 mm (horizontal bars);
- Neck yoke inner width: 550–650 mm (fits most cattle heads);
- Installation spacing: one stall per cow, standard center-to-center distance: 1.1 m.
5. Installation
Anchor base plates into a concrete floor using embedded plates or expansion bolts. Install the main frame first, then add horizontal bars, neck yokes, and rear anti-backing bars. Secure all joints with bolts or clamps to ensure stability. Align height and position uniformly across the entire row.
The cattle stall system ensures orderly feeding, safe restraint, and comfortable resting—making it a core component of modern, standardized dairy farm infrastructure.
