Project Background

         Li Family Fish Farm faced three critical bottlenecks in traditional pond farming of tilapia and sea bass:
      1.Severe water pollution (COD 3× over standard), 25% annual fish mortality;
      2.Massive water waste (120,000 m³/year), 40% of total costs;
      3.Low yield (0.8 tons/acre).
      In 2023, the farm adopted Baimu Machinery’s Smart Recirculating Aquaculture System, establishing Shandong’s first “zero-emission” high-density fish farming demonstration site.

Technical Architecture
  1. Baimu engineered a three-module system for dynamic “water-fish-microbe” balance:
  2. Biofilter: Nitrifying bacteria remove 99.2% ammonia nitrogen;
  3. Dissolved Oxygen Regulator: Dynamically adjusts oxygen (5-8mg/L) based on fish density;
  4. Intelligent Feeder: Precision feed delivery, 92% feed utilization rate.

  • This project pioneered a “Three Zero Model” (Zero Pollution, Zero Emission, Zero Risk), transforming the industry:
  • Economic: Profit per pond surged from ¥480k to ¥1.62M, 1.3-year ROI;
  • Eco: 12 tons less ammonia nitrogen/year, COD reduced to 12mg/L (national standard ≤30mg/L);
  • Scalability: Won 2023 “China Aquaculture Tech Demonstration Project”, replicated in 12 sites across Henan and Anhui.
