Standby Diesel Generator Set Introduction
The standby diesel generator ensures critical farm equipment—such as ventilation fans, feed lines, and heaters—keeps running during power outages, serving as the core of electrical security on modern farms.
1. Material
- Base frame: Welded carbon steel with anti-rust powder coating;
- Diesel engine: Cast iron block, aluminum alloy cover;
- Alternator: 100% copper winding, IP23 protection;
- Fuel tank & piping: Galvanized steel or stainless steel—leak-proof.

- Rated power: 10kW, 20kW, 50kW, 100kW, 200kW (3-phase, 380V);
- Starting method: Electric start (with 24V battery included);
- Cooling: Air-cooled (small units) or water-cooled (larger units).

5. Installation
- Install in a level, well-ventilated generator room or weatherproof outdoor canopy;

- Ensure adequate airflow; route exhaust outdoors with a silencer;
- Connect ATS (if equipped) to main distribution panel. Test weekly (no-load) and monthly (under load).
