Fiberglass Negative Pressure Fan Introduction

The FRP negative pressure fan is corrosion-resistant, high-airflow, and long-lasting—making it the core ventilation equipment for summer cooling in modern livestock and poultry houses.

1. Material
  • Housing: High-quality fiberglass (FRP)—corrosion-resistant, UV-stable, and rust-free;
  • Blades: 6 or 7 blades, molded FRP—excellent dynamic balance, low noise;
  • Motor mount & shutters: Galvanized steel or engineering plastic—moisture-resistant and durable.
  • Common models: 9FJ-1250 (50″), 9FJ-1400 (54″);
  • Suitable area: One fan ventilates 300–800 m² (depending on ceiling height);
  • Shutter type: Gravity self-closing or motorized linkage.
  • Airflow: 38,000–52,000 m³/h;
  • Motor power: 1.1 kW or 1.5 kW (380V/50Hz, 3-phase);
  • Speed: approx. 440–550 rpm;
  • Noise level: ≤65 dB (at 1 meter).
  • Outer frame (L×W×D): 1250 mm × 1250 mm × 400 mm;
  • Wall opening size: 1180 mm × 1180 mm;
  • Shutter outer size: approx. 1270 mm × 1270 mm;
  • Net weight: 50–65 kg.

Cut an opening in the gable or side wall of the barn. Insert the fan and secure it with bolts to the wall or steel frame. Ensure level installation and free movement of outward-facing shutters. Connect 3-phase power and verify rotation direction (clockwise when viewed from inside). Recommend adding a rain hood and bird screen. Clean shutters and blades regularly.
