Dairy Barn Manure Removal Cart Introduction

The manure removal cart is flexible and easy to use—ideal for small-to-medium dairy farms or facilities with limited automation, making it a practical daily cleaning tool.

1. Material
  • Body: Made of hot-dip galvanized steel or 304 stainless steel—rust-resistant, durable, and easy to clean;
  • Frame & chassis: High-strength carbon steel with powder-coated finish;
  • Wheels: Solid rubber or pneumatic tires, suitable for wet and slippery barn floors.
  • Capacities: commonly 0.5m³, 0.8m³, 1.2m³, 1.5m³;
  • Operation type: Manual push, tractor-towed, or electric self-propelled;
  • Discharge method: Rear dump, side dump, or hydraulic tipping (manual or electric).
  • Load capacity: 500–1500 kg;
  • Suitable aisle width: ≥1.5 meters;
  • Cleaning efficiency: clears 10–30 meters of manure lane per trip.

No installation required—simply push manually or tow/drive into the barn. Scoop manure into the bin using a shovel or scraper, transport to the manure pit or compost area, then tip to unload. Electric or hydraulic models feature one-button dumping for ease and efficiency. Rinse thoroughly after each use to maintain hygiene.
